This Agreement governs a Partner's purchase of referrals (Leads) and the processing of the personal data of the interested homeowners contained in them. It is accepted before the first purchase and re-accepted on every new version.
1. Subject matter
1.1. By purchasing a Lead, the Partner gains access to the contact details (name, phone, email) of the interested homeowner, solely for the purpose of submitting an offer for renovation works.
1.2. Each Lead's price is shown before purchase and is charged against the Partner's account balance.
2. Data-processing roles
2.1. Regarding the homeowner's data, Veltiono acts as Controller at collection; the Partner becomes an independent Controller from the moment the contact details are disclosed.
2.2. The Partner processes the data in accordance with the GDPR and only for the purpose in section 1.1.
3. Partner obligations
- Use the data only to make contact about the specific project.
- No resale, disclosure or commercial exploitation of the data to third parties.
- Delete the data once the purpose no longer applies or upon the data subject's request.
- Maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
4. Data-subject rights & complaints
4.1. Data subjects retain all GDPR rights. Requests the Partner receives are forwarded without delay to Veltiono at partners@veltiono.gr.
5. Refunds & quality
5.1. The right to a refund (credit) for a defective or incorrect Lead is governed entirely by article 8 of the Partner Terms of Cooperation (fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Lead, the five objective grounds in art. 8.2, and review within ten (10) business days under art. 8.4). This Agreement does not introduce a separate or narrower refund regime; in case of doubt, article 8 of the Partner Terms of Cooperation prevails.
6. Liability & amendments
6.1. Veltiono does not guarantee that a contract will be concluded between the Partner and the homeowner.
6.2. These terms may be amended via a new version, which requires fresh acceptance before the next purchase.
