Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is the Veltiono team.

What data we collect

• Contact details you provide voluntarily: your email and, optionally, your phone number.
• The details you enter into the calculator (property type, area, marital status, income, etc.) and the calculation result.
• Anonymous usage statistics via PostHog (e.g. which steps you completed), which do not identify you personally.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your contact details solely to send you the PDF report or connect you with an engineer for the application, if you request it. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give before submitting. Anonymous statistics serve to improve the service.

Where the data is stored

Contact details are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure within the European Union. Anonymous statistics are handled by PostHog. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention period

We keep your contact details for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of 24 months, unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, as well as the right to object and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Cookies

We use a PostHog analytics cookie to measure usage. You can block it in your browser settings without affecting the operation of the calculator.

Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data infringes the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
