These Terms of Service govern your use of the Veltiono.gr platform, which provides an informational website, a subsidy estimation calculator for the Anakainisi Katoikias (Anakainizo 2026) programme, and intermediation with partners. By using the site you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Provider
The Veltiono platform is available at Veltiono.gr. For any question or notice regarding these Terms, please contact us at info@veltiono.gr. Full legal entity details of the operator will be included in a future revision of these Terms.
2. Scope of service
Veltiono provides: (a) an informational website about the Anakainisi Katoikias (Anakainizo 2026) subsidy programme; (b) an online subsidy estimation calculator based on current legislation (ΚΥΑ/ΦΕΚ); and (c) an intermediation service that, with your explicit consent, forwards your contact details to categories of partner professionals. All services are provided to end users free of charge.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using the site constitutes your automatic and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. Use of the services requires that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. If you use the services on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are acting with lawful authority.
4. Nature of the estimate
The subsidy calculator provides a non-binding estimate based on the data you enter and does not constitute an official decision or a guarantee of eligibility or subsidy amount. The result depends on the information you declare and may differ from the final approval issued by the competent authority. The official rules as set out in the applicable joint ministerial decision (ΚΥΑ) and the official programme guide for Anakainisi Katoikias prevail in all cases.
5. Intermediation with partners
With your explicit consent, Veltiono.gr acts as an intermediary and forwards your contact details to one or more categories of partner professionals, including but not limited to: contractors/tradespeople, engineers for issuing an Energy Performance Certificate (ΠΕΑ), financing partners/banks, and suppliers of materials and equipment. Veltiono does not become a party to any agreement between you and a partner, is not involved in the financial terms of your arrangement (fee, timing, method or place of payment), and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy of quotes, licensing or availability of any partner.
6. User obligations
When using the platform you undertake to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, to use the services solely for lawful purposes, and to take sole responsibility for any use made through your account or with your details. You are liable for any damage caused to us or to third parties as a result of breaching these obligations.
7. Prohibited use
The following are strictly prohibited: automated scraping of content, abuse or overloading of our systems, any interference with the operation of the platform, submission of false or misleading information, use of the platform for commercial or advertising purposes without our express written consent, and any use contrary to applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, graphics, calculator software, trademarks and other elements) is the intellectual property of Veltiono or is used under licence. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution or modification without our express written approval is prohibited.
9. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only. Veltiono does not control, endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Veltiono is not liable for any inaccuracy in the calculator estimates, for the conduct or services of any partner, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable Greek law.
11. Modification of Terms
Veltiono reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any modification takes effect from the date of its publication on the site. Continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
12. Duration and termination
Veltiono reserves the right to suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, any user's access where that user breaches these Terms or acts in a manner harmful to the platform or to third parties, without prior notice and without any compensation.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Greek law. For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform, the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
