What can I see before paying?

What am I agreeing to?
Two documents: the platform Terms of Use at sign-up, and the Purchase Agreement before your first purchase — stated up front so it's not a surprise at the Buy button.
What if a lead is bad?
Units and lead fees are as a rule non-refundable. By exception, you're owed a credit to your balance (not cash) if, within 14 days of receiving the lead, you report one of: an invalid phone number, a bouncing email, contact details that don't match the requester, a duplicate lead within 30 days, or a lead outside the category/coverage you declared. No refund arises where the details are correct but the owner didn't reply, delayed, changed their mind, chose another partner, or you didn't secure the project. Every request is reviewed by a person on our side within 10 business days.
How long does verification take?
Usually within the hour, at most 3 business days. Status is always visible at /pro/vetting — and you'll get an email as soon as review is complete.
